The talented musicians from the 18 De Marzo Junior High School orchestra showcased their skills during the iconic New Year’s Day Parade held in London.
The participants received accolades from the Mexican Department of Foreign Affairs for their impressive performance.

“This significant achievement reflects our youth’s artistic talents and commitment as they bring Mexican music to global audiences,” stated a representative from the embassy.
Furthermore, officials acknowledged young orchestras and performers worldwide, illustrating how students from Mexicali exhibited remarkable enthusiasm and skill throughout their journey.
Under the guidance of instructor Francisco Galicia, these dedicated students paid a visit to the embassy after participating in the parade to further engage with diplomatic representatives.
