London – Sky Garden Stormy View

I haven’t been back to London since we moved away in 2015 and have not been in a hurry to return. We didn’t part on good terms, to say the least.

We were back to accompany family from abroad on hols, so I made the most of it and put my camera to work. Turns out, visiting London is certainly better than living there, especially when you know your way around. These images are the result of a few days and nights before onward travel.

Talk about brutal weather – a visit to a free and familiar rooftop
coincided with heavy rain and low clouds. I processed it anyway – this is what London looks like most of the time anyway, grey skies and a poo-brown river with crowds of people crossing the bridges just trying to get home.
